Prices are indicative, per person, and subject to availability. Full price, terms and the cancellation policy are given before confirmation, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023. A Ukrainian-language version is available on request.
Visas and documents
Entry rules change and remain the traveller's responsibility. We give guidance only and cannot guarantee visa issuance. Advertising must be accurate and not misleading under the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive insurance, including medical and repatriation cover, is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for some destinations.
Itinerary changes
Routes, schedules and accommodation may change for weather, safety, operational or force majeure reasons. We inform you promptly of any material change.
Tourism register and tourist rights
Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995, the tour operator provides details of its tourism-register registration, contract terms and tourist rights.
EU package travel
Where a package falls under the EU Package Travel Directive 2015/2302, you may have rights to a refund or re-routing if it is significantly altered or cancelled.
Language, data and disputes
Information for Ukrainian consumers is provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019. Complaints may go to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Personal data and cookies are processed with informed consent under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010.
